Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, will be windy and mostly dry on October 30, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rain is possible in some areas.

Temperatures will range between 9°C  and 12°C at night and 13°C  and  16° C in the daytime.South-east winds will blow. Bakudaily.Az
