Portuguese footballer says Azerbaijani clubs' offer didn't appeal to him

Footballer of the Portuguese Riu Ave club Vitor Gomes had the opportunity to continue his career in Azerbaijan.

The 35-year-old midfielder said in an extensive interview with Expresso that at the end of the 2015/2016 season, Azerbaijani clubs were interested in him, but their proposals did not appeal to him. Gomes said he was waiting for an offer from Belenenses.
