Blinken says US ready to assist opening of Armenia-Azerbaijan transport links

US Secretary of State Antony Blinkenreiterated the United States’ offer of assistance in helping facilitate the opening of regional transportation and communication linkages.

Antony Blinken made the remark in a telephone conversation with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on July 25.

During the conversation, Blinken also hailed the recently signed memorandum of understanding between Azerbaijan and the European Commission in the field of energy.
