Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on September 25, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rain is expected in some areas.

Temperatures will change between 18°C  and 20°C at night and 20°C  and  24° C in the daytime. North-west winds will blow. Bakudaily.Az
