Azerbaijan weather forecast for Sep.19

Unstable weather is expected in Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, on September 19, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. 

Temperature will change between 26°C  and  28° C in the daytime.

Strong north wind will blow.
