Oleksii Reznikov: If Russia agrees to capitulation, Ukraine is ready to start negotiations, Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov said at a press conference, reported from UNIAN.

According to him, the partners do not discuss the issue of peace: "Because they know very well that Ukraine will not talk to the current Russian leadership. However, negotiations on the capitulation of Russia and the payment of reparations are possible.”

Reznikov also said that Ukraine is ready to launch a counter-offensive operation: "Our defenders are waiting for the appropriate decision and favorable weather conditions for this.”
