Unstable weather is expected in Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, on September 16, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rains are possible in some areas.

Temperatures will drop 8-10°C  in comparison with previous days.Strong north-west wind will blow. Bakudaily.Az
