As a key partner of the “Her Art in Action” festival, which launches ahead of International Women's Day, Nar supports this initiative that champions creativity and freedom of expression. Running from March 9 to April 6, this year's festival theme, “Free to Dream” explores how women individually and collectively envision, visualize, and express their dreams. Organized by the Azerbaijan Artists’ Union and the VarYox platform, the festival brings together art enthusiasts and promotes creative expression.

In addition to supporting the festival’s organization, Nar ensures the participation of students from Boarding School No. 11 as part of its social inclusion strategy. This initiative enables young students to engage with art, develop their creative potential, and expand their means of artistic expression.

Students will have the opportunity to explore various artworks within the exhibition and participate in interactive seminars and events.
Speaking at the festival’s opening, Nar’s Director of Public Relations and Corporate Communications, Hokuma Karimova, stated: "At Nar, we take pride in supporting art that preserves national and cultural values. The “Her Art in Action” festival not only strengthens the role of women in the arts but also provides a platform for talented artists from the regions to be heard. We are also fostering an inclusive environment by supporting the participation of students from Boarding School No. 11 in the festival”.

Curated by Lesley Gray and Ayna Moazzen, the festival’s exhibition will showcase works by both local artists representing different regions of Azerbaijan and international artists and curators. The exhibition will feature paintings, video art, installations, and performances, alongside seminars, portfolio reviews, and discussions.

The event is open to all art enthusiasts. More information about the festival can be found at:
