Wave height in Caspian Sea reaches three meters

Waves in the open waters of the Caspian Sea reached up to three meters on Wednesday morning, Azerbaijan’s National Hydrometeorological Service reported.

As of 06:00 local time, strong northwesterly winds with gusts of up to 33 meters per second were recorded in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula.

Unstable weather conditions continue across the country, the agency said.
