Azerbaijan’s security service brings terrorism suspects back from abroad

Azerbaijan’s State Security Service (SSS) has arrested and transferred to Baku a group of individuals wanted on terrorism-related charges, local news outlet Haqqin.az reported on Sunday.

According to the report, the suspects were detained abroad and brought to Azerbaijan as part of a coordinated special operation. The Sabail District Court in Baku has formally ordered their arrest.

The SSS said investigations are ongoing and further details will be released to the public soon.
