Azerbaijan’s Qarabag climbs five places in global IFFHS club ranking

Azerbaijan’s champion club Qarabag has moved up five spots to 119th place in the latest world ranking by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS), earning 144.75 points, the organization’s official website reported on Wednesday.

Zira rose from 233rd to 232nd with 95.75 points, while Sabah — winner of the national cup — jumped 50 positions to rank 317th with 76 points.

Araz-Nakhchivan climbed from 454th to 446th with 61.25 points.

Spain’s Real Madrid leads the global ranking with 470 points, followed by Barcelona (434) and Italy’s Inter Milan (419).
