Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree awarding former justice minister Fikrat Farrukh oglu Mammadov the "Sharaf" (Honor) Order.

According to the decree, Mammadov received the state award in recognition of his long-standing and effective service in the justice and judicial system.
