Temperatures in Azerbaijan to reach 41°C on July 31

Mostly clear and dry weather is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on July 31, with nighttime temperatures ranging from 23°C to 27°C and daytime highs of 33°C to 38°C, the National Hydrometeorological Service reported.

Across other regions of Azerbaijan, hot and mainly dry weather will prevail, though brief rain, thunderstorms, and hail are possible in some mountain areas.

Temperatures will range from 23°C to 27°C at night and 35°C to 39°C during the day, with some areas reaching up to 41°C. In the mountains, nighttime temperatures will be 15°C to 20°C, and daytime temperatures 28°C to 33°C.
