Azerbaijan raises heating tariffs for households

Azerbaijan’s Tariff Council has amended its December 29, 2024, decision regulating the prices of services provided by Azeristiliktechizat, the state heating utility. The new decision was signed by Council Chairman Mikayil Jabbarov.

Under the revised tariffs, the heating price for households has been raised from 14.6 AZN to 21 AZN per Gcal, including VAT.

For residences without a heat meter, the monthly fee per square meter was increased from 0.3 AZN to 0.45 AZN, also including VAT.
