Qarabag arrive in Lisbon for Champions League clash with Benfica

Azerbaijan’s Qarabag have arrived in Lisbon ahead of their Champions League group stage opener against Portugal’s Benfica on September 16.

Coach Gurban Gurbanov will hold a press conference at 22:30 Baku time at the Estádio da Luz, with the match kicking off at 23:00. Belgian referee Erik Lambrechts will officiate.

Qarabag’s U-19 team also travelled to Portugal to face their Benfica counterparts in the UEFA Youth League earlier on Tuesday.
