Azerbaijan face France in Paris World Cup qualifier

Azerbaijan’s national football team will play France today in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

The team, coached by Ayhan Abbasov, will meet France at the Parc des Princes in Paris. Kick-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. Baku time, with Norwegian FIFA referee Rohit Saggi officiating.

France lead the group with six points, followed by Iceland with three. Ukraine and Azerbaijan share third and fourth place with one point each.
