Azerbaijan plans to resettle 8,000 in Shusha under Second Return programme

Azerbaijan aims to resettle 8,000 people in the city of Shusha before the launch of the Second Return programme, said Aydin Karimov, the Azerbaijani president’s special representative in Shusha.

He told Anews.az that projects in the city are being carried out through open tenders. Part of the residential buildings is being constructed by Kristal Inshaat, while another part is being built by GI Inshaat. The houses are four to five stories high, Karimov said.
