Kapital Bank and the Educational Student Loan Fund sign a cooperation memorandum
Kapital Bank continues to expand its activities aimed at supporting education as well as the professional development of young people. In this context, a cooperation memorandum was signed between Kapital Bank and the Educational Student Loan Fund. The document was signed by Fargana Mammadova, Board member, Chief Human Capital and Organizational Development Officer at Kapital Bank and Bahruz Azimov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Educational Student Loan Fund.
The main goal of the memorandum is to enhance students’ knowledge and skills, support their more prepared entry into the labor market, and broaden their career prospects. As part of the cooperation, students will have the opportunity to undertake internships and participate in specialized practical programs within various structural units of Kapital Bank. This initiative will provide students with exposure to a real work and business environment, allowing them to gain firsthand experience with modern banking processes and management principles.
The memorandum also foresees students’ access to training and development programs organized by leading experts of Kapital Bank. The seminars and workshops held for students will contribute to their personal and professional growth, enriching their understanding of banking sector operations, current trends, and innovative approaches.
This cooperation not only reflects Kapital Bank’s ongoing mission to support youth education and development but also plays an important role in fostering more competitive and well-prepared professionals for the national labor market.
