UEFA fines Qarabag for fans’ behavior

UEFA has issued a disciplinary ruling against Azerbaijan’s Qarabag FK after supporters engaged in “racist behavior” toward an opposing player during the club’s home U-19 UEFA Youth League match against Chelsea.

The club was fined €5,000 and received a suspended sanction requiring its next home match to be played behind closed doors. The restriction will be enforced if similar incidents occur within the specified probation period.
