Azerbaijan Submits 2027 State Budget Draft to Parliament

The draft law "On the 2027 State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan" has been officially submitted to the Milli Majlis for review. Under the proposed bill, state budget revenues for 2027 are projected at 39,254,000.0 thousand AZN (39.254 billion AZN), with expenditures estimated at 42,400,000.0 thousand AZN (42.4 billion AZN). 

The budgetary breakdown projects centralized revenues at 38,518,425.0 thousand AZN against local revenues of 735,575.0 thousand AZN. On the expenditure side, centralized spending is slated at 41,664,425.0 thousand AZN, alongside local outlays totaling 735,575.0 thousand AZN. The baseline figures anticipate an overall fiscal deficit of 3.146 billion AZN.
