This title is awarded for Zhirinovsky's regular insulting remarks against the Azerbaijani people, said Askerov.

 

The Vice Speaker said that despite the long and regular Zhirinovsky statements of this kind, they are not penalized or adequately assessed.

 

Recall that recently Zhirinovsky said that such people as Azerbaijanis do not exist.
