Manaf Babayev appointed chairman of Azerpoct

Manaf Babayev has been appointed chairman of the management board of Azerbaijan’s state postal operator Azerpoct, local media reported on Monday. Babayev most recently served as deputy chief financial officer at AZCON Holding.

He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in administrative management and economic management, respectively.

His predecessor, acting chairman Isi Mustafayev, has left the post, according to local media reports.
