Brent drops below $97, WTI slides on ICE and NYMEX exchanges

Crude oil futures fell across international commodity exchanges during recent trading sessions. On London’s ICE Futures Europe, December 2026 delivery contracts for Brent crude slipped 1.16% to settle at $96.89 per barrel.

Concurrently, November delivery contracts for West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) declined 1.42% to close at $89.14 per barrel.
