BP completes interpretation of seismic dataset for Shafag-Asiman

BP said it completed the interpretation of the seismic dataset for Shafag-Asiman in the first half of 2015.
It took BP some 18 months to complete, the company said, adding that another year is required to plan the first exploration well at the Caspian structure off the Azerbaijani coast.
BP is the operator of Azerbaijan's largest oil and gas development projects, including Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) and Shah Deniz.
