Azerbaijan creates subsidized housing system

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on a number of questions related to the activity of the State Housing Construction Agency.
According to News.Az, the decree ratifies the 'Rules of purchase of apartments controlled by MIDA LLC by citizens on preferential terms.'
In line with the decree, the 'Subsidized housing' system is created on the e-government portal for purchase of apartments controlled by MIDA LLC on preferential terms. The system will be applied from May 1, 2017.
The Rules of purchase come into force with the Regulation of the 'Subsidized housing' system, envisaged in paragraph 9.1 of the indicated decree.
