Azerbaijan's first national tanker transports 239,000 tons of oil and oil products

Azerbaijan’s first national tanker Lachin, which was built at Baku Shipyard LLC on the order of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping CJSC (ASCO), has transported 238,788.6 tons of oil and oil products, reported from ASCO.

According to the information, today it has been three years since the tanker was put into operation with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev. Its length is 141 meters, width is 16.9 meters, deadweight is 7,884 tons in the sea and 5,455 tons in the river. The tanker moves at a speed of 10 knots per hour. The ship has six oil tanks with a total capacity of 9,190 cubic meters.
