Kapital Bank finalized the placement of subordinated dollar bonds

As reported, Kapital Bank has listed subordinated dollar bonds totaling 30 000 000 USD in the premium market segment. 
These bonds have been listed on the Baku Stock Exchange with subscription via the issuance of 33 physical and 4 legal entities, totaling 37 investors. The subscription placement, concluded on July 8, 2024, saw physical entities subscribing for USD 18 387 000 USD (61%) and legal entities for 11 613 000 USD (39%).

It is noteworthy that each bond offered has a nominal value of 100 AZN, an annual interest rate of 7%, with payments made every 90 days, and a maturity period of 7 years. The bonds are uncertified, registered, interest-bearing, and unsecured. The underwriter for the bond placement is "PASHA Capital Investment Company” CJS.
