Birbank Biznes introduces new solutions for cargo customs declaration operations

Birbank Biznes has implemented significant solutions to optimize international transfer operations, allowing customers to make payments for provided services and purchased goods more conveniently and swiftly. The process of paying for customs advance and cargo customs declarations (CCD), which are integral to import and export operations, has been simplified for customer convenience.

One of the key innovations is the ability for customers to generate a customs advance code directly on the Birbank Business platform without having to navigate to The State Customs Committee of The Republic of Azerbaijan website. Notably, this service is the first of its kind in our country and has been introduced exclusively by Birbank Business. Additionally, customers can automatically fill in and retrieve customs advance code details, minimizing the need for manual data entry and eliminating the risk of errors entirely.

The new transfer system allows customers to quickly access contract information, the total value of the CCD, and detailed information about the counterparty by adding the CCD number. This feature enables customers to obtain up-to-date information on the desired CCD and supports the automation of the payment process.

Furthermore, in the import-export section, customers can track advance payments and their corresponding CCD details and payment statuses. It is also important to note that information on advance payments created in The State Customs Committee of The Republic of Azerbaijan system is automatically provided to the customer, ensuring complete remote management of payments.
