Hungary to buy 800 million cubic metres of Azerbaijani gas over two years

Hungary’s gas supply agreement with Azerbaijan is valid for two years, Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said on social media.

He said the new deal provides for the purchase of 800 million cubic metres of natural gas over the two-year period.

On Dec. 10, Azerbaijan’s SOCAR and Hungary’s MVM ONEnergy signed a new natural gas supply agreement.
