Azerbaijan’s fixed capital investment falls 5.6% in 2025

 Investment in fixed capital in Azerbaijan totalled 21,226.1 million manats in 2025, down 5.6% compared with the previous year.

Investment in the oil and gas sector declined by 10.3%, while investment in the non-oil and gas sector fell by 3.9%.

Of the total investment used, 10,972.1 million manats (51.7%) were allocated to production sectors, 7,179.6 million manats (33.8%) to services, and 3,074.4 million manats (14.5%) to residential construction.

Domestic investment accounted for 17,023.0 million manats, or 80.2%, of total fixed capital investment. Spending on construction and installation works amounted to 16,018.3 million manats, representing 75.5% of the total.
