U.S. to send business delegation to Azerbaijan

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, together with the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Department of Commerce, will organise a bilateral business mission to Azerbaijan for the first time, sources said.

According to Azerbaijan’s Report, the mission will take place in Baku on Feb. 9–10 and aims to strengthen commercial ties between U.S. companies and Azerbaijani partners.

During the two-day visit, the delegation will hold meetings with government institutions, state-owned companies and private-sector representatives. Key sectors include energy and digital transformation, defence and transport, agriculture and healthcare, as well as finance and investment.

The programme includes meetings with the presidential administration, cabinet officials, SOCAR, the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan, AZPROMO, PAŞA Holding and the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan.
