The Central Bank of Azerbaijan set the official exchange rates for Feb. 12.

The U.S. dollar remained unchanged at 1.7000 manats.

The euro fell by 0.4% to 2.0165 manats.

The Russian rouble declined by 0.07%, with 100 roubles set at 2.1985 manats.
