Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, declined by 2.49% to $1,964.

Different dynamics were also observed in other major cryptocurrencies. The price of BNB dropped by 0.99% over the past day to $630.65, while Bitcoin Cash decreased by 0.18% to $441.74.

At the same time, some assets recorded gains. The price of Monero increased by 1.12% to $342.04, while the Bittensor (TAO) token fell by 1.77% to $179.89.

The Fear & Greed Index, which reflects investor sentiment in the cryptocurrency market, remained at 19 points, indicating that “fear” sentiment still dominates the market.

According to analysts, the uncertain dynamics in the market are mainly linked to geopolitical tensions, investors’ risk aversion, and volatility in global financial markets.
