PAŞA Sığorta posts lower net profit in 2025

Azerbaijan’s PASHA Insurance reported a net profit of 39.506 million manats ($23.2 million) for 2025, down 5.3% from a year earlier, the company said in its financial statements.

Pre-tax profit fell 6% year-on-year to 48.282 million manats, while income tax payments declined 9.2% to 8.776 million manats.

The insurer’s total assets rose 13.6% to 316.043 million manats as of Jan. 1, 2026. Liabilities increased by 17.8% to 218.834 million manats, while equity grew 5% to 97.209 million manats.

PASHA Insurance, established in 2010, has a charter capital of 50 million manats and is wholly owned by PASHA Holding.
