PASHA bank says no restrictions for foreign investors in IPO
PASHAbank does not impose any restrictions on foreign investors participating in its initial public offering (IPO), the bank’s chief financial officer Murad Sükeyçanov said.
He noted that access to the offering is open and that the prospectus has been prepared in line with international standards of transparency and tailored to global investors.
“Foreign investors have open access to participate in the IPO, and investment decisions will be made in line with capital market development principles,” he said.
Sukeychanov added that the key requirement for participation is the opening of relevant accounts and compliance with applicable procedures.
He said the bank views foreign investor interest positively and expects it to increase further.
