Bir Launches Azerbaijan’s First AI-Powered E-Wallet Assistant

Bir Launches Azerbaijan’s First AI-Powered E-Wallet Assistant
11.08.2026 12:35

Bir, the Caucasus’ first fully integrated e-commerce, banking and payments ecosystem, announces the launch of Ey-ay chatbot in its digital wallet app m10, enabling customers to make payments and access other services through a conversational interface.

Ey-ay, Azerbaijan’s first AI-powered payment assistant for e-wallets, is designed to make everyday financial tasks faster, more intuitive and easier to complete. Rather than navigating through different sections of the app, users can simply chat with Ey-ay to pay utility or phone bills, and ask questions to find other m10 services more easily.

The innovation is another example of the society’s rapid shift from cash to digital payments and is designed to make everyday financial transactions faster and more convenient. The Bir ecosystem aims to make digital services simpler and more accessible to everyone, while also helping users adapt more easily to new digital opportunities.

Maksim Evdokimov, Chief Product, Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at Bir, commented: “People expect digital services to be fast and intuitive. With Ey-ay, users can complete everyday payments through a simple chat, making the experience more convenient and accessible. By combining finance with the way people already communicate, we’re helping make digital payments easier for everyone and supporting Azerbaijan’s transition towards a more digital economy.”

Bir is the first fully integrated banking, payments and e-commerce ecosystem of the Caucasus, redefining how people and businesses interact with daily services in Azerbaijan. Launched in 2025 to unite the country’s leading brands, including Birbank, Birmarket e-commerce platform, Milliön payment terminals, and m10 e-wallet app, the Bir ecosystem reaches over 5 million users. Through its extensive ecosystem and strategic partnerships with Trendyol marketplace and BakıKart transportation payment solution, Bir is building the foundation for Azerbaijan’s first and largest digital ecosystem for consumers and businesses.
