Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov attends opening of 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum

Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, attended the official opening ceremony of the 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum in China on September 16, according to the Ministry of Defense.

Convened under the banner "Build Consensus on Stability, Advance Security Governance Together," the forum serves as a prominent international platform for strategic dialogue, aimed at enhancing mutual trust, multilateral confidence-building, and fostering peaceful solutions to evolving regional and global security challenges. 

Running through September 17, the high-level security conference brings together defense ministers and senior military leadership from more than 100 countries, alongside international organization envoys, leading think-tank scholars, and global defense analysts.
