Five Baku schools shift to remote learning for Azerbaijan Grand Prix

Teaching at five schools in central Baku has been moved online starting September 22 due to the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

The Baku City Education Department said the decision was prompted by traffic restrictions along main avenues and streets encompassed by the Baku City Circuit.

Remote classes will run from September 22 to September 26 for Tofig Ismayilov Lyceum No. 6, Kerim Kerimov Secondary School No. 8, Tahir Hasanov Secondary School No. 23, Lyceum Complex No. 132–134, and the Ilyas Afandiyev Elite Gymnasium.
