Disruptions Hit Official Websites of Azerbaijani State Agencies

Access to official web portals of several key Azerbaijani state institutions has been temporarily disrupted. Platforms belonging to the Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Prosecutor General's Office, Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations are currently inaccessible, while the web portals of the Central Bank and State Security Service remain operational. No official explanation regarding the root cause or resolution timeline has yet been issued.

Similar disruptions were recorded on October 14 and 17. The State Service of Special Communication and Information Security previously stated that starting late October 13, over 100 official government domains faced sustained cyberattacks by overseas hacker syndicates, prompting immediate defensive measures. Authorities have not yet confirmed whether the current outage is directly tied to the earlier wave of cyber incidents.
