Iran Urges Middle East Nations to Reject US Military Support, Warns of Retaliatory Strikes
Tehran has called on Middle Eastern countries to deny support to the United States, warning of expanded retaliatory actions should regional tensions escalate further. Feda-Hossein Maleki, a member of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, cautioned that in the event of open conflict, Tehran may target non-military infrastructure alongside standard military assets.
Recalling previous hostilities, Maleki noted that during the 40-day confrontation, Iran targeted bases in neighboring countries that Washington utilized for operations against the Islamic Republic. The lawmaker stressed that Tehran will officially treat any regional government facilitating US military operations as a hostile party.
