Gold and Silver Futures Advance on COMEX: Gold Tops $4,000 per Ounce

Futures contracts for precious metals traded higher on global commodity markets, according to exchange data reported by APA-Economics. On New York's COMEX exchange, December 2026 delivery contracts for gold rose by 0.46% to reach $4,026.3 per troy ounce (31.1 grams).

Silver tracked a similar upward trajectory, with COMEX December 2026 silver futures gaining 0.58% to settle at $54.26 per ounce.
