BP Azerbaijan has new vice-president

Baxtiyar Aslanbayli has been appointed vice president of BP Azerbaijan, APA news agency reported, citing a company spokesperson.

Aslanbayli will assume office at the end of August. He will replace a foreign national in the post, APA said.

BP is the operator of Azerbaijan's largest oil and gas projects such as Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli and Shah Deniz.
