According to him, it will be an ordinary railway, an ordinary border with passport, border, and customs control.
He noted that all parties are set for "an early launch." To a clarifying question whether the issue of the possible participation of the Russia's FSB in terms of control and security was being worked out, Overchuk said: "It depends on the Republic of Armenia."

After the meeting of the working group in Moscow, the Armenian government reported that significant progress had been made in agreeing on modalities for unblocking transport communications between Armenia and Azerbaijan. In particular, a common understanding was reached regarding the implementation of concrete steps to restore and organize the railway communication along the Yeraskh-Julfa-Meghri-Horadiz route.
