At least 22 people were injured following a Russian attack on the Ukrainian port city of Odesa overnight, according to local officials. Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, reported that 14 of the victims sustained minor injuries and received treatment on-site.

The strike caused extensive damage to civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, a kindergarten, a retail store, and a construction site. Emergency services, including the State Emergency Service (SES), worked through the night to rescue residents from blocked premises, among whom was at least one child. Operational headquarters have been established to assist victims with emergency aid and state compensation claims for property damage.
