U.S. Senate again rejects resolution to halt military action against Iran
The U.S. Senate rejected for a seventh time a resolution that would have effectively required the administration to halt military action against Iran, TASS reported.
The measure was backed by 49 senators, while 50 voted against it.
Three Republicans — Rand Paul, Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins — supported the resolution. Senator John Fetterman was the only Democrat to vote against it.
