New UK ambassador arrives in Azerbaijan

The newly appointed Ambassador of the United Kingdom, Duncan Norman, has arrived in Azerbaijan.

"It is a great honor to come to Azerbaijan as the newly appointed ambassador of Great Britain. I look forward with eager anticipation to getting to know you all and working together," the diplomat said on his X account.

“Our countries are united by strong ties of friendship and mutual trust that have lasted for more than 30 years. I feel proud and honored to begin this mission at a time when we have elevated our bilateral relations to the level of Strategic Partnership,” Duncan Norman emphasized.
