Azerbaijan recalls consul general from Istanbul
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has recalled Narmina Mustafayeva from her post as Azerbaijan’s consul general in Istanbul and as the country’s permanent representative to the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, according to a presidential decree.
In a separate decree, Aliyev appointed Zamin Aliyev as Azerbaijan’s new consul general in Istanbul. He previously served as Azerbaijan’s consul general in the Turkish city of Kars.
