Earthquake Strikes Shahbuz District of Nakhchivan

An earthquake has been recorded in the Shahbuz district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

According to official data released by the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, the tremor occurred at 11:54 local time. The earthquake registered a magnitude of 3.0, with its epicenter located at a depth of 7 kilometers.

The seismic center confirmed that the tremors were felt by the local population near the epicenter.
