Rain expected in Baku and Absheron on September 29

Rain is expected intermittently in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula on September 29, Azerbaijan’s National Hydrometeorological Service said.

The service said brief showers with thunderstorms are possible in some parts of the peninsula. Northeasterly winds are expected.

Temperatures will range from 17 to 20 degrees Celsius at night and from 22 to 25 degrees during the day. Atmospheric pressure is expected to rise from 758 to 761 mmHg, while relative humidity will be 70–80%.

Rain is also expected intermittently in parts of Azerbaijan. Heavy and intense showers, thunderstorms and hail are possible in some areas, while snow may fall in high-mountainous areas. Fog is expected in some places at night and in the morning. Easterly winds will strengthen intermittently in some areas.

Temperatures will range from 15 to 19 degrees Celsius at night and 22 to 27 degrees during the day. In mountainous areas, temperatures will be 3–6 degrees at night and 6–10 degrees during the day.
