Azerbaijan increases import of Georgian products by 12%

In January-February 2022, Azerbaijan imported locally produced products from Georgia for a total of $14.4 million, Georgian bureau says with reference to the Georgian National Department of Statistics.

According to the document, compared to the same period last year, the cost of production increased by 12.1%. Azerbaijan, with a share of 2.6%, ranked 9th in the top ten main export partners of the neighboring country.

In January-February, local products worth $760.4 million were exported from Georgia to foreign countries, which is 54.5% more than a year earlier.
